Belgrano Athletic Club is a football club in the city of Cordoba, in the province de Cordoba. It was founded on March 19, 1905 by Arturo Orgaz and currently plays in the First National "B", the second division of Argentine football. History
Belgrano won many provincial titles, but in 1968 agreed for the first time a National AFA. After several participations in those tournaments in 1986, was champion of AFA Regional tournament, thus crowning the first champion of Cordoba, AFA tournaments and to qualify the then named National "B". In 1990/91 tournament gained promotion to first division after beating Banfield in the final for the second ascent (1-1 in the first leg and 4-0 on the back). In
1996 fell and returned to the top flight in 1997/98 tournament by tournament after beating Reduced Aldosivi a penalty shot by Luis Sosa on the final whistle. On this occasion, spent four years in the first and in 2001 returned to the Primera B Nacional.
In the 2006/2007 season, the club played a tournament in Argentina First Division after winning the "promotion" to Olimpo de Bahia Blanca, on June 4, 2006, for an overall result of 4-2 (2-1 and 2-1) with goals from Paolo Frangipane (2 - one per game) and Matías Gigli (2 - one per party). A large caravan was the triumphant team the next day, something unusual in sports history the city of Cordoba.
In the 2007 Clausura, just one year after promotion, the club fell back directly to National B after finishing nineteenth in the table of averages. The irony is that Olympus rose directly, reversing the roles of 2006.

Belgrano Cordoba debut in the league (which appeared in 1906) in año1908 did so in the second division and that same year would get the championship.
