The Club Villa Mitre is an institution which is located in the center of the main "neighborhood" of the city, this city has approximately 70,000 residents that is also known as "La Reina de las Villas", although do different sports highlights Argentine soccer team city Bahía Blanca, province of Buenos Aires, that since the 2007/08 season will participate in the Torneo Argentino A, after being relegated from the Primera B Nacional. August 14, 1924, founded the Club Villa Mitre to form a football team, who then joined other sports and cultural activities. Its first president was Vicente Otero.
