Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito, is a football team in the city of Quito, Pichincha Province in Ecuador. Play in Serie A Ecuador. Foundation was founded on January 11, 1930, by a group of students from the Central University. The team was originally started as a semiprofessional football team, the "University", Central University of Ecuador in 1918 under the direction of Dr. Cesar Jacome Moscoso.
