The Club Atlético Lanús is a sports club Argentina, founded in the city of Lanus on January 3, 1915.
The club has a large variety of sports, excelling in football, where he plays in the Primera Division Argentina, and in basketball, where he plays in the National League.
History Beginnings and amateurism
* 1915: Founding of the club. Begins to play their games at the old stadium Lanús United, located in Margarita Wield and Deheza.

Stadium Club Atlético Lanús, called "Ciudad de Lanús - Néstor Díaz Pérez," and now dubbed "The Fort", was opened in 1929. It is located in the district of Lanús, more precisely in the city of Lanús Este, at the intersection of General Hector Arias and Guidi.
